We offer both. We understand that for busy families, getting everyone into one physical room can be a challenge. We provide secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions so you can engage in healing from the comfort of your own home, as well as in-person sessions at our office.

How do I know if therapy is actually working?

Accepted Answer

You’ll know it’s working when you feel a shift in the "temperature" of your home. This might look like clearer communication, fewer "blow-ups," or simply feeling more aligned with your personal values. We’ll check in regularly to make sure the goals we set together are being met.
