Mental Health Therapist
Location: Eugene, OR | Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time | Hybrid/In-Person/Telehealth Options
Pay: Up to $105,000 annually (based on caseload and hours)

Position Overview
The Mental Health Therapist provides effective, client-centered treatment including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and coordination of care. We are seeking clinicians who enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families and who are dedicated to helping clients thrive.
Caseloads are manageable—full-time is defined as 24 clinical hours per week—allowing you to do meaningful work while maintaining balance.
Qualifications
Education & Licensure
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage & family therapy, or related field (required).
Active Oregon license - LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (preferred).
Exceptional associate-level clinicians may be considered and provided with supervision.
Preferred Experience
Minimum of 2 years providing therapy to individuals and families, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.
Familiarity with family systems, couples therapy, or work with youth is strongly valued.
Strong skills in independent clinical judgment while collaborating with a team.
Experience working with diverse populations with cultural humility.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
Conduct diagnostic assessments and create treatment plans.
Maintain timely, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant records.
Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and community partners.
Participate in staff meetings, consultation, and professional development.
Represent Champion Family Therapy positively with clients, referral sources, and the broader community.
