2026 Changes to Oregon Health Plan (OHP)

The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) has announced important changes to OHP coverage that will affect many members across the state beginning February 1, 2026. These changes involve shifting which coordinated care organizations (CCOs) administer OHP benefits in Lane County.

We know changes to insurance coverage can feel confusing or stressful. Our goal is to be transparent, keep clients informed, and support you in planning ahead for uninterrupted care whenever possible.

What Is Changing?

Beginning February 1 2026, Lane County OHP members who are currently covered under PacificSource Community Solutions will move to Trillium Community Health Plan as their CCO.

A CCO is the organization responsible for managing your OHP benefits, including behavioral health services.

If You Currently Have OHP Through PacificSource Community Solutions

We, at Champion Family Therapy, are actively working through Trillium’s credentialing and contracting process, and our goal is to continue serving OHP members without interruption.

Throughout this process, we remain fully able to serve OHP Open Card members.

Please contact OHP Customer Service for questions about Open Card eligibility or enrollment.

What We’re Doing Now

  • We have remained in active communication with Trillium and the Oregon Health Authority

  • We have submitted required credentialing materials

  • We will continue advocating for a timely and smooth transition

  • We will continue to support our clients as best as possible

We are committed to continuing our longstanding service to OHP members.

We believe everyone deserves access to quality and consistent mental health care and we care deeply about our clients and this community. Our team is actively working with Trillium, PacificSource, and the Oregon Health Authority to minimize disruption for our clients. As soon as we have new information, we will update this page and communicate with our clients.

Important Details per OHA

  • No immediate changes: Members will not see immediate changes to their physicians or services, and current approved authorizations (medications, referrals, surgeries) will be honored during the transition.

  • Do not switch plans now: Members are advised to wait for official instructions from the Oregon Health Authority and the coordinated care organizations (CCOs) before making any changes.

  • Official Communication: PacificSource is working with the Oregon Health Authority to send out official notices to all members with specific phone numbers and websites for support.

  • Local Help: Residents can also seek assistance from local organizations, such as Community Health Centers of Lane County, by calling their Access Helpline at 541-682-3585.

  • TTY services are available for all numbers listed (usually by dialing 711).

The reported goal of the health authority is a smooth transition with minimal disruption to care, especially for high-risk patients.

We are here to help you navigate this transition and will continue advocating for the smoothest path forward for all of our OHP clients.
